We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to join a high-impact regional project focused on ERP standardization and financial process optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who can go beyond implementation and bring a consultative mindset, helping identify gaps, define improvements, and drive scalable solutions across multiple countries.

You will work closely with stakeholders to assess the current state of the system and design a roadmap aligned with business and financial goals.

• Lead assessment and diagnostic phases of Dynamics 365 Finance implementations
• Analyze current ERP configuration and identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Design and propose process improvements across financial operations
• Support multi-entity / intercompany structures and consolidation processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ERP with business and accounting requirements
• Define and document roadmaps, priorities, and implementation strategies
• Provide guidance on best practices for financial modules and ERP governance
• Work alongside technical teams to ensure proper execution of solutions

• +7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Strong experience in:

• Finance module (GL, AP, AR, consolidation)
• ERP implementations and rollouts
• Intercompany transactions
• Financial process design
• Proven experience performing:
• System assessments
• Gap analysis
• Process optimization
• Solid understanding of:
• Accounting principles (IFRS / NIF or similar)
• Multi-country operations
• Experience working in consulting or advisory roles
