We are looking for an AI Engineer to join to one of our Legal AI clients focused on transforming legal workflows through intelligent automation. You will design, build, and deploy AI systems using advanced natural language processing and large language models to power to a legal platform.

• Design and implement AI/NLP solutions using LLMs for legal document processing and automation
• Develop, fine-tune, and integrate models using OpenAI, Grok, and other LLM APIs
• Work with Azure to deploy, scale, and monitor AI workloads
• Build and maintain AI APIs
• Write clean, modular Python and SQL code for data and model pipelines
• Build forecasting and ML tools to support legal analytics and decision-making
• Propose and drive new AI features from idea to deployment
• Work independently while collaborating with product and software engineering teams

• At least 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Data Science, and Machine Learning
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, Azure, OpenAI, and Grok (required)
• Deep knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), and computational linguistics
• Solid understanding of machine learning and forecasting techniques
• Knowledge of Automated Machine Learning (AutoML)
• Experience building APIs (required)
• Experience designing scalable AI systems in production environments
• Autonomous, proactive, and ability to bring new ideas to the table
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Speaks fluent English

• Experience with R or Julia
• Experience with legal or regulated domains
• Strong skills in building great user experiences
